Reception Staff very polite under pressure! Immenities were unavailable most of the time as 100children in pool and spa most of day. I think milk & coffee in your room would not be an unrealistic expectation? Restaurant would not allow me any milk either as they do not work for hotel, which was made very clear by the catering staff. Was there a cow strike this weekend?? Overall we had great company and hotel was located well for our means.
But obviously management on cut backs.
