Great location & views, but the property itself was a bit disappointing. The room was pokey for an apartment, the furniture worn and dirty, TERRIBLE pillows and the lifts were always so slow (I think only one of the three was ever working). The hotel has great potential but sadly it falls short. It's a 3 star property in a 5 star setting.
